About Ayuskama

Ayurveda, practised the classical way.

Our Story

Built on a single conviction.

Ayuskama began with a quiet observation: most patients arriving at Ayurvedic clinics had already been to three or four doctors. The thyroid medication wasn’t working. The PCOS wasn’t reversing. The joints kept aching. And somewhere along the way, the body had stopped being heard.

We were built around fixing that. Each consultation here is long by design. There is no fifteen-minute clinic at Ayuskama. We read your pulse, listen to your history, understand your Prakruti, and only then put together a plan. The result is care that goes back to first principles: balance, not suppression.

That conviction shows up in every part of how we work. The herbs we prescribe are classical. The Panchkarma we perform is full-protocol, not shortcut. The follow-ups are real. And the promise we take most seriously is this: we will treat the cause, not just the diagnosis.

How We Practise

Four principles.

Classical First

Every treatment plan begins with classical Ayurvedic principles, not adapted protocols.

Listen Deeply

Long-form consultations. We understand your history before we write anything down.

Heal the Cause

Symptoms are signals. We work on what is creating them, not just what they look like.

Walk Together

Three months of follow-ups come standard. Healing is not a single appointment.

Dr. Krupali

Ayurvedic Physician

“Most chronic conditions don’t need stronger medicine. They need deeper listening. And a treatment shaped to you, not your diagnosis.”

Dr. Krupali is a classically-trained Ayurvedic physician with a focus on root-cause healing for chronic and lifestyle disorders. She has guided hundreds of patients through personalised Panchkarma protocols and continues to practise the way Ayurveda was meant to be, patient by patient, with care and precision.

She trained classically in Ayurveda before turning her practice toward Panchkarma, the most demanding and least understood branch of Ayurvedic medicine. Over the years, her clinic has grown almost entirely by patient referral, drawn from people who came expecting another prescription and left with something more lasting: an understanding of their own body.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

·How is Ayurveda different from regular treatment?

Modern medicine often targets the symptom. Classical Ayurveda begins with the person: understanding your unique constitution (Prakruti), the imbalance (Vikruti), and the cause behind it. The result is a treatment plan built for you, not for your diagnosis alone.

·Will I need to stop my current medication?

No. Never abruptly. Many of our patients are on long-term medication when they begin treatment. We coordinate with your existing prescriptions and reduce them only as your body shows it is ready, under careful monitoring.

·How long does treatment usually take?

It depends on the condition. A consultation gives you the answer for your case. As a guide: acute imbalances often respond within weeks, while chronic conditions like thyroid, PCOS or arthritis are typically worked with over three to six months.

·Is Panchkarma the same as a detox or massage?

No. Panchkarma is a clinically structured five-action programme that requires medical assessment and supervision. It is not a wellness retreat or a spa massage. It begins with preparation (Snehana, Swedana), is followed by elimination, and ends with rejuvenation. Done correctly, it can reverse imbalances no other approach reaches.

·Do you treat patients from outside Ahmedabad?

Yes. We see patients from across Gujarat and other states. Many treatments begin with an in-clinic consultation and then continue with follow-ups by phone or video, with herbs couriered as needed.

·How do I book a consultation?

Call us, send a message on WhatsApp, or fill the contact form on this site. We will share availability for an in-clinic appointment with Dr. Krupali, typically within a few days.

When you are ready, come.

You have read how we practise. The next step is the consultation, where it actually begins.
