How We Treat

Our treatment, end to end.

The arc of treatment

Three movements. In full.

I

Pariksha

The Reading

Every treatment begins with an unhurried hour of diagnosis with Dr. Krupali. Nadi Pariksha (pulse), a reading of your Prakruti and Vikruti, and a careful walk through your history and any reports you bring. Nothing is written until this is complete.

II

Chikitsa

The Treatment

A plan is then built around your specific case: classical herbal medicines, dietary correction grounded in your constitution, lifestyle restructuring, and where the imbalance asks for it, a full Panchkarma cycle in the clinic. Built for you. Never templated.

III

Rasayana

The Aftercare

Three months of follow-up is included as standard. Rasayana herbs rebuild reserves, daily routines restore rhythm, and we monitor objectively with bloodwork and check-ins, so the imbalance that came in does not quietly return.

Modalities

What a treatment plan actually uses.

Classical herbal medicines

Formulations grounded in the classical texts, prescribed for your specific case. Sourced through the clinic for quality and consistency.

Dietary correction

A structured diet shaped around your constitution and the imbalance being treated. Practical, regional, doable.

Panchkarma, when indicated

The classical five-action cleansing protocol, performed in-clinic over weeks of preparation and treatment. Prescribed only when the body asks for it, never by default.

Lifestyle restructuring

Daily routines, sleep, movement, stress. The small things that add up to the imbalance, addressed alongside the herbs.

Three months of follow-up

Included in every plan. Check-ins, adjustments, and bloodwork where relevant. Healing is not a single appointment.

Panchkarma is also performed here.

When a treatment plan calls for it, Panchkarma is performed in-clinic over weeks of preparation and treatment, with full medical supervision. It is not a wellness package, and not for every patient.

Practical notes.

How long is the first consultation?

Plan for 60 to 90 minutes. The first visit is unhurried by design. It covers pulse reading, history, prakruti assessment and the initial plan.

In-person or online?

Most patients come in-person for the first consultation. Follow-ups can continue by phone or video for those outside Ahmedabad.

What should I bring?

Recent test reports, prescription history, and a list of current medications. If you have past Ayurvedic prescriptions, bring those too.

Are medicines included in the consultation fee?

No. Herbal formulations and medicines are billed separately. Herbs are sourced through the clinic for quality and consistency.

How many follow-ups are included?

Three months of follow-up is included in every plan, at no additional cost. Further consultations are scheduled as needed.

Should I stop my current medication?

No. Existing allopathic medications continue alongside Ayurvedic treatment. Tapering happens only when your body indicates readiness, never abruptly, and always with your physician.

Treatment begins with an unhurried hour.

Bring your case in. The first hour is unhurried, and the plan that follows is built only for you.
